You can review monthly, quarterly and bi-annual options in D8, but Subscribe & Pay remains unavailable. No Premium payment should be requested outside the app.
What Premium includes
- Performance stats for your active listings, including views, saves, shares, tours and selected listing interactions.
- Access to create and manage property sale adverts on D8.
- Access during the paid subscription period after Premium launches, subject to the Terms of Use.
How property stats work
Stats count limited activity from signed-in users and are available only for your active listings. Repeated activity is limited, your own visits are excluded and the figures may take a short time to update. Stats do not identify individual visitors or guarantee future interest.
What payment does not guarantee
Premium does not guarantee a particular number of views, saves, tours or requests. It also does not guarantee continued publication of an advert, search placement, buyer interest, an offer, payment or completion of a property transaction. D8 may restrict features or remove content that breaches its rules.
Planned billing options
Monthly
Planned as a one-month subscription. The app store will display the final price, taxes and renewal date before purchase.
Quarterly
Planned as a three-month subscription with a 5% saving against three monthly payments.
Bi-annual
Planned as a six-month subscription with a 10% saving against six monthly payments.
Store prices can vary by country, currency, tax and permitted price tier. The final amount and renewal date shown by Google Play or the App Store before confirmation control your purchase.
When billing begins
D8 will show the final price, renewal period, cancellation route and store terms before enabling payment. The app will not silently enrol an account in Premium.
Sale-advert limits
D8 does not verify property ownership, title, authority to sell, survey plans, consent, encumbrances, planning status, property condition or sale documents.
Buyers remain responsible for physical inspection and independent checks with qualified lawyers, surveyors, relevant land registries and other appropriate authorities. Read the D8 Safety Tips before viewing or paying for property.
